If you’re driving when you’re “buzzed,” you’re Driving under the Influence –in other words, you’re impaired! If you’re driving after taking any form of cannabis or a psychoactive medication, whether prescription or over-the-counter, you’re impaired! WHEN YOU FEEL DIFFERENT, YOU DRIVE DIFFERENT.

Our JOYRIDE Sober Cab Program can help you get home safely. We’ve partnered with Christie Cab and the area establishments that this amazing cab company serves. We provide vouchers for $10 per ride upon request at each establishment. In order to provide these rides, we receive donations from area distributors, health organizations, charitable gambling organizations and individuals who want to make a difference. Safe Communities of Wright County pays $7 per ride and the establishment pays $3 per ride. In the words of a local bar owner: “It’s a no-brainer to become a part of the JOYRIDE program. It’s a win-win-win for the bar, the patrons and the general public because the roads are safer as a result.”
